Thank you for shopping at Era Healthy. This Order Cancellation and Return Policy describes our policies regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team at info@erahealthy.com with your order details. We will process your cancellation request and issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, our standard return policy applies (see below).
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Era Healthy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@erahealthy.com with your order details and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning your item. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and applied to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team at info@erahealthy.com with your exchange request. We will process your exchange request and provide you with instructions for returning the original item and receiving the exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at info@erahealthy.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
